"I don’t know why this place is so popular. I’ve been a few times thinking it would be better each time, but it’s not. The service is absolutely terrible. It took almost 45 minutes to get a drip coffee. The girls working every time I’ve gone in have been apathetic, not willing to help, and not friendly or welcoming. The food and bakery items are so sweet it’s nauseating. It’s just not good, at all. There are so many better options in the Tulsa area. I will say the space and atmosphere are very cool. Such a waste."

"Laurannae is hands down one of my favorite places to go to in Broken Arrow. They made my wedding cake back in January for a micro wedding and it was so delicious and perfect. They did everything I asked and even offered to help take it out to my car for me. I have come here often to get my favorite, the blueberry matcha latte or to try out the different variations of chai lattes! My friend and I have also done a cake decorating workshop and had the best experience. There are always new items to try at the pastry bar and fun seasonal drinks!!"
