"Save you and your family the emotional exhaustion and look elsewhere. My wife and I had a traumatic experience with Bryan’s flooring. We had LVP installed and noticed numerous issues with the install (we counted over 70). I reached out to the sales rep, to address my concerns about the job but was told I received an acceptable install. There were many joints that weren’t locked and secured properly, multiple instances of broken and compromised locking joints, and areas that looked rushed. It took me having a very unpleasant phone conversation and me reaching out to the manufacturer of the product to get any immediate traction from Bryan’s on getting someone out to the house. This isn’t even the worst part. When sales rep finally came to look at the poorly installed floors (after he tried to cancel the appointment one hour before), he treated my wife and I unprofessionally and disrespectfully. We were threatened with a lien after stating we didn’t want our brand new flooring to be cut into and glued for repair. They admitted there were areas where the floor was compromised but then told us the job was highly acceptable. It felt like we were being taken advantage of. We gave Bryan’s the opportunity to make things right by fixing the issues and working with a new salesperson. They had to order new planks to fix most of the rooms, and it was very inconvenient moving into a home with rooms missing their flooring and baseboards removed let alone the multiple times I had to take off work to meet. We were offered less than $1000 for the delays and inconvenience but it wasn’t worth it in my opinion to deal with the flooring mess while trying to plan a move The way we were treated in our own home and the emotional exhaustion throughout the process was not worth it. I felt like we were robbed of the joy of moving into our first home. Save you and your family the same distress and look elsewhere."
