"Complete and total disaster from the very beginning. I had to talk to 3 different people in this company on 5 occasions for them to get the simple instructions to deliver to the job site. This company prepares the plan for your job, meaning you provide them with the plans and they provide you with a estimate and materials list. One would think given this arrangement that one would not have to pay for the materials that were unused....Nope! I was billed for the piles of used forms seen below, and charged to haul them back then when asked for a refund on the materials they told me I needed and didn't use......dumb silence, then a no we don't do things that way. So you charge customers for product they don't need? ah.......yep pretty much! In short I would defiantly use a competitive company unless you want to deal with issues in the middle of your project adding stress that is undesired."
