"Jesus Hernandez, et al, did an awesome job on install. They were on time, professional, tidy and even vacuumed after having to make the edge the way it should have been. I think the communication from the retail sales person could have been better and clearer. Beware there is a 3.5% fee for using a credit card...I was informed of this via emailed invoice. The Mgr changed his cell number without notifying this customer so the vmails and text I sent to him went unanswered. I had to call the accounting office to get someone that would let me know when install would be. He had texted and called me several times from the first number, including Jan. 30th. On Jan 31st I left a vmail and text at that same number. That is when I went to through the main line to accounting office. My understanding was that RiversEdge did the actual fabrication because I was told to provide the model information for the sinks and he would get the specification for the cut out on line. However, Jesus did the sink cutouts after he got here."
"Terrible experience. Communication was horrible. Half the time the sales person wouldn't return texts or e-mails. We ordered the granite and they sent someone out to laser measure. This took over an hour. I thought this would make it be an easy install. We set up the installment. Numerous times I had given them my cell phone to call, as my wife couldn't leave work and I could. They called her the day of the install and she couldn't answer her phone. Luckily, I was notified on our security cameras and I got a neighbor to tell them I was on my way. They were about to leave! When the installers put the countertops in, they didn't fit by the sink. The cuts were off and they weren't even straight! The installers worked in my drive way for 3 hours to correct the problem. It was a good thing it wasn't raining! After 5 1/2 hours, which should have been a 2 hour job, they were able to make them look right. The sales person continued to contact my wife and send e-mails to the wrong address, after we had told them a number of times to contact me. When I asked them if there would be any adjustment of the final bill because of the huge inconvenience, communication problems and overall poor customer service, they said no. I would not recommend this business as they don't really care about the customer, just about getting paid."
"Was a month late than was told when it would be done, It was cut wrong twice and installed incorrectly! Good thing my husband knows how to fi sheetrock to fix their mistake. They work through Lowe’s and Home Depot too. Beware!"
"Bad product Started our process in September. It is December 9th and are now going to court potentially due to damages in our home. Defective countertops with water spots everywhere and cut incorrectly. We even paid for an extra service and that was not done. Condescending sales person, Micheal. I was originally supposed to work with Lowes and Rivers Edge could get the price cheaper but then at the end they increased the price after installation by 2000$ and said it was a mistake on their end somehow that the original quote was wrong and I am required to pay. Micheal actual cussed us out on the phone. I would take your business elsewhere. The product wasn’t even cut right, overhang was off and show for sinks and holes for faucet are off also. Then they tried to “fix” it and then said we aren’t doing anything more and sent us a waiver to “wash their hands clean” was their words."
