"I have lived here for a little over a year now and loved every minute of it. The building is stunning with top of the line amenities. The gym has everything needed for a full workout including a rock wall and outdoor turf field overlooking the city. The rooftop pool and hot tub easily offer one of the best views in Denver. The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and resolve any issues I may have had. The leasing office made moving in as easy as moving could possibly be. Everyone at the front desk is incredibly friendly and they have gone out of their way to get to know me and make this place feel like home. I would strongly recommend citizen to anyone looking for a place in Denver."

"Have been living here for about 6 months and it’s one of the best managements I’ve experienced. They’re very thoughtful and helpful, we have a “lifestyle” team that puts on events in the building with free food, movies etc. Units themselves are awesome, can’t hear any noise as the walls are concrete, the amenities are some of the best in the city and the property is kept clean. I will say the pool/hot tub/coffee machine often need parts replaced but the management is good at keeping you posted on the status. Neighbors are considerate and it’s been easy to make connections/friends in the building."

"I've lived here the past three months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is great- the community is surrounded by condos and is quiet. It's also located closely to South Broadway, Cherry Creek Trail and the downtown museums. The amenities are top notch, the rooftop pool/hot tub are my most used spaces. The office staff is always friendly and responsive. I've also enjoyed the resident events that are provided, it has been nice meeting neighbors as I am fairly new to Denver."

"This community is incredible and very unique -- even for Denver! Citizen was the last building on my list of properties to tour and I had basically already decided to move here after I walked in the lobby. There is actual art everywhere (all of which is sourced from actual artists) and every common area is impeccably decorated. I work in the multifamily industry so I have high standards and I was still so impressed. The amenities are also amazing! The gym has everything and more, it's never too crowded, and there are great views in every direction. The outdoor gym area is actually very usable with warm weather and the hot yoga studio is just insane.. like how cool is that?!? I've stayed in 5-star hotels around the world that do not remotely compare to the amenities in this building. But the icing on top of the cake is the rooftop pool. I have never seen such a uniquely gorgeous pool deck on an apartment/condo community ever.. the photos are real! I am a very pale person who is naturally not tolerant of sun/UV rays but whew.. I sit by the Citizen pool whenever my schedule allows! The management and maintenance teams are incredible and they go above and beyond to make sure all is well. Angela, Brandon, Zarifa, Dan, and the other staff are all so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The ACM Elissa is amazing and sold us on (1) renewing and (2) on upgrading to a 2BR and we are so happy we did! They have all gone so far above and beyond to make our home at Citizen as great as possible. Despite being such a new building, there is such a sense of community here and I have now referred 3 friends to move here and each of them ended up signing a lease and moving in! I'm sure my followers on Instagram are so annoyed with me because I still post every scenic picture that I take around the property. Citizen is the place to be if you want to be adjacent to downtown! My only complaint is that the building is rental apartments and not condos for sale. We'd definitely buy a unit here if that wasn't the case!"
