"Staff are nice enough, but their pricing is unethically misleading. We needed to purchase topsoil, which is priced by the ton. Understandable, but they will charge you for a ton even if you don't purchase a ton. Our vehicle cannot maintain that much weight, and they said we either take what we can and they still charge us for a ton. We didn't mind purchasing a ton but they would not let us make multiple trips due to our weight capacity, they said the minimum they would charge is for a full ton. It's not right to charge people for more than they're buying, nor is it right to not be considerate of the fact that people can't always buy a ton of weight in one trip."

When the driver arrived to deliver the soil, he made the extra effort to make the dump in a difficult location, and was also very friendly and helpful."

"Suppose to be 6 yards of dirt . Customer service says it would be like 6 pickup loads . Google says it would be around 12,900 lbs . This clearly doesn’t look like 12,900 lbs or even 6 pickup truck loads . Maybe 3 pickup truck loads . Spoke with manager “Alex” he said he watched them load it and that it might have been wet . Well I ordered the dirt from Okc location and supposedly Alex was in Norman . So I guess they loaded it in Norman ? Anyways he didn’t even try to make the customer happy . Or make it right . Apparently customer service has gone out the window …"
