They came and measured the window, then ordered the glass. The couple that came to install it did a great job and even cleaned the window after installation. Very happy customer!"

"Dropped off the window plane to be replaced and confirmed three times that they would have a quote to me by the end of the day. Each time the lady at the front desk gave me 100% assurance that I would have a quote so they could get it started. When the next day rolled around I called as soon as they opened and was told they would look into it, 2 hours later still hadn't heard anything. Called back again I was told they were still looking into it. I picked up the window at lunch drove it 20 minutes up the street and got a quote within 15 minutes and a time to pick it up in 3 days. If you have all the time in the world to wait Clayton's glass may be fine just don't expect them to do what they say when they say they will. Unprofessional."
