"This store is new and I'm disappointed that the manager is not more concerned with customer service. I really want to love this location, but there seems to be an overall negative energy that I feel flows from the top down. That said, We recently purchased an 8x10 "Brooks Brothers" area rug that can only be summed up in one word...shabby. It checked all the boxes; size, color, material. I only purchase wool rugs, many over the years, so I expected this one to wear like the rest. Maybe even better given the reputation of the label. Of course, the first thing I did after getting it home was vacuum it. I filled 2 canister vacuum bags with fibers from the rug. Then the next day, I read a review in wirecutter warning people about buying wool rugs made in India. Yep, this rug was indeed, made in India. None of the other 4 wool area rugs that we own were and they are lovely. We've had this rug for a month and every week, it fills a vacuum bag. It should be bare by April."
