"They lied about having a tank in stock. Drove 2 hours to pick it up and they didn't have it. Tried selling me a 100 gallon less tank for twice the price. Called customer service to find out when it would be back in stock and lady said it was. Then she started talking in circles; at one point she even lied and said I had to buy a minimum of 10. She had no idea what their website says and they have no idea what they have in stock. This place is a joke! Don't waste your time or money."

"Ordered a 200 gallon flat bottom tank. Was delivered on a pallet and stayed on pallet until I was ready to use it. Filled with water and there is a leak on bottom of tank. Called costomer service and she said well we need pictures of the leak... how does one take a picture of a leak when it is under the tank. She went on to say I need to file a claim with the carrier. Way to honor your product."

"We purchased a new water tank from these people, but they delivered a filthy used tank. The delivery man called twice before he arrived, but he wouldn't answer his phone 5 minutes after he left. Betty in customer service promised to call us back for a week. They said she had a death in the family. She scheduled their shipping company to pick up the tank twice between 8 am and 3 pm. The didn't show up either time. These people are pathetic. I ordered from Pro Tank out of Houston and got what I needed in just a few days."
