"I had a similar problem as another reviewer, my car was stuck in my garage and I couldn't lift the door on my own due to the broken springs. I called first thing in the morning and was told someone could be out within the hour and they were! Two very nice and professional men showed up and checked out the garage. They did leave to get new springs, but it was all done very quickly. Reasonably priced too. I called a few other garage door companies, and none really cared I was stuck so from now on any problems I have I will be calling Hall Services. Thank you!"
