"It's a sad site that a company that promises a happy, fun, safe work environment for their employees. I can't say that's true, many of my former co-workers and I, who left or were fired (favouritism from a few managers), wouldn't say such lies they're promising if you're thinking about working here, you're better off at McDonald's or Dollar General. I want to inform the public, if you're ever pressured for their TJX rewards credit card, do not under any circumstance apply for it. There's a hidden $30 interest fee they don't tell you about. Also, this card gets managers gets their bonus pay from it and not a regular employee gets a dime out of it. To the managers, Sue and Jose, you are fake and unpleasant to be around with. Roxanne, HomeGoods doesn't deserve you. You are an amazing, nice, real human being in that place, please leave and find something better "

"The business is a joke. The employees are treated just as unfairly as the customers. On multiple days, consistently, they had ONE employee working front end. The lines get long and people get mad, but that employee can’t even receive any help because the managers tend to run and hide in the back to giggle and play. (As a former employee, I know this all too well.) They don’t care about the customers, they just want you to get their TJX card so they’ll get bonuses that isn’t even shared with employees!"

"It is a sad day when adult management treats their employees like trash. That does not teach young people the right way to work or make anyone want to work. In my 53 years in the workplace I have never seen such disrespect. If you want good employees, you treat them with respect. If you want respect you give respect. I am very disappointed in this company."
