"People are really nice and they do their best. Food it really good. I get a cheddar bacon bagel and a vanilla cold brew. One of the baristas was happy to watch my drink while I went to the bathroom. The wait time can be like 10-15 minutes if you go around lunch time, but they do their best to move quickly."
"Thought I'd give this place a chance and immediately regretted my decision. The bagels are what an old professor of mine would call a "midwestern bagel" - Bread with a hole in the middle. They are bland and tasteless. My bagels were also cold and not toasted like I requested. It seems like the incompetent people in charge here don't understand how a toaster works or how to keep something warm. The cream cheese is runny, and the poorly trained employees working barely put any on my bagel at all. If I'm paying you three dollars for bread, I'd prefer not to be ripped off. This location is not even convenient. If you want an over-priced, poorly made bagel, you have to pay to park a distance away. If it weren't such a hassle to get to the restaurant, I would drive back over there and demand a refund. Don't come here. Go to Bagel Cafe. I've had some choice words for them about their bagel quality, but if their bagels are only supermarket quality, then Einstein's bagels are the same quality of bagels you'd get off of a Dollar Store sale rack. I hope this horrible shop goes out of business not just locally, but nationwide."
