"Every time I go here all the girls working give astronomically strong mean girl vibes and act dismissive/snarky/condescending/rude for no other reason (I suspect) other than they wish people didn’t come in and bother them (by placing orders) during the hours in which they are open and are expected to take orders :|"

"Currently 10 minutes into waiting on 4 plain coffees to be poured. Customer service is lacking. Honestly this is the least Starbucks atmosphere I have ever experienced. It’s sad that we are here from out of state and just wanted good coffee. So far all I’ve gotten is attitude and incorrect wait times. I would say this location is a miss, and there is much room for growth."

"I am surprised by the overall low rating of this Starbucks. Perhaps this is the lowest I've seen anywhere. I've been to dozens of Starbucks from Seattle to Shanghai and I've never seen one this low. Perhaps it's because it's directly across from Norman high school. I now notice that most of the low ratings are complaining about the crowds and the slow service. It is very difficult to serve quickly and to customize almost every order. When we arrived the drive-through was busy but inside was almost empty. I found the cashier/barista friendly, engaging, professional and completed our order accurately."
