Now I am expecting a certified letter from Texas. My brother received his and he is in Tampa, Fla. I have yet to receive mine. What are you people doing down there...oh wait, probably nothing."

"There is a about a 50% success rate of me getting a package that is actually mine and undamaged. The other half of the time the package is MIA, or I get someone else's stuff, or they have left packages in the box that have temp sensitive medications with the wrong key to get it out and my meds sat in the box for days without me being able to get them until they brought out the right key (seriously). Sad. This is also the only post office I have ever gotten christmas cards a month late that were ripped open with the money/gift cards stolen out of them, in a "damaged packaging" envelope (yeah, right). On the plus side, the postal workers in the office are pretty helpful and have never done a bad job the times I have been in there, so it seems to be an issue specifically with a carrier on route in Bixby."
