"Almost drops my drink onto the ground as he’s handing it to me in the drive thru. Then proceeds to glare at me acting like it was my fault. Keep in mind I’ve been sick for 5 days and am not feeling myself. This worker ruined my afternoon, and needs a reality check. Or you could just fire them and they can figure it out on their own."

"Ordered one smoothie and one wrap. Took an hour to get the order made while we waited. Two people is obviously not enough help for this place. Management or the owner’s need to make some changes. Ridiculous!!"

"- Difficult to get to drive thru, it's blocked by Swig customers. - Service is slow and often not friendly. - Smoothie formulas ensure consistency in product. Always have a fresh taste. - Staff needs more training. Not flexible with customizing sandwiches and tend to interrupt the customer when ordering. Every time we have been there after we order 1 smoothie they assume we're done ordering and tell us the total. They come across as peeved when we want to order more."

"The worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. The first time I went it was only about a week or two after they opened. The wait was 30+ minutes and they forgot half of my order. I knew they had just opened so attributed it to that. I came back again today for a 2nd time expecting a better experience then before, but I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for 1 smoothie with only 3 cars in front of me. I won’t be coming back again."

"8/19/2023: CAUTION! There is something wrong with their system in that orders aren't being displayed properly. TO AVOID WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU IN THIS HEAT, I WOULD RECDOMMEND GOING DIRECTLY INSIDE! Our drinks were made and waiting for us but not our sandwiches. No problem as the staff was more than happy to make our sandwiches Fresh for us."
