"Wanted to give "Crap in a Box" another chance and thoroughly regret it. I tried their new smash burger. Ordered the bacon double cheeseburger. Burger was dry and Luke warm and overcooked. Very little bacon, and the sauce was not great. Fries taste like fried cardboard, as they always have. Last time I ever eat food from this abomination of a restaurant."

"VERY SLOW Location. 2 or 3 cars cause this Location to tail spin! What's the point of using the app if we're stuck behind others who don't. So our food is cold & we wait 4 something we already paid 4 & can't cancel."

"This location can't seem to get it together. Whether it's bad help or something else I'm not sure but there are always issues everytime I go. This morning for breakfast I ordered at the speaker, pull around only for the lady (same one who just took my order) to open the window & ask "can I help you?". I told her she just took my order to which she replies "well i don't show one, what do you want then?" She appeared to be on something mind altering with how scattered, slow & confused she was. She gave me sweet & sour sauce for my pancakes, tried giving me an extra drink after just handing me one. She was so confused I had to tell her that i just needed my card ran so I could leave as she still had it in her hands for over 5 mins now. The hash browns were so soaked with grease this is what a napkin looked like after just 2 mins. Won't waste my time or $ here anytime soon."

"This Jack in the Box is very professional and clean! I have only had quality sandwiches, shakes and sides from them. The employees are pleasant and have really cool haircuts. I got 2 monster tacos and double Jack combo with curly fries and a sprite. I’ll continue to eat here until they build a location closer to my home! Side note: can they just make a Jack in the Box savory taco flavored protein powder already???"

"If there was an option to give no stars I would! The one on danforth in Edmond is horrible the lady who took our order was rude and our food was burnt and was horrible and when I called to state how my food was the manager was even rude and said he made the food himself and he knows it wasn’t Burnt and I asked for a refund and he then stated that if I wanted that I’d have to go all the way back this is insane"
