"Staff was friendly upon check in. Was very disappointed that the elevator was out of service as well as the indoor pool. Looking at the prior reviews, the elevator has been out for a bit now. The employee at the desk told us it just went out. We were put on the 3rd floor, and 5 people with numerous bags, it wasn't fun. Wifi in our room wouldn't work and the front desk didn't seem to care, after numerous calls. We figured it out on our own after about 5 hours and unplugging and restarting the TV. The worst thing, we missed breakfast, so we went and picked up breakfast to eat in our room. The place we picked up from forgot to give my wife a spoon for her oatmeal. We went down to the front desk and asked for a plastic spoon and they refused to give us one. Told us "they were not allowed to". Come on now, its a plastic spoon. After my wife questioned them, they pointed her to where they "might be" in the lounge and they were not there. Then a lady from the back came out and was rude and asked her why she was looking in their stuff. After 5 minutes, my wife convinced them to give her a plastic spoon so she could eat. Kinda sad...."

"We stayed there for the rodeo down the road. Not only was it clean, but the service was EXCELLENT. At breakfast I was loading up plates for the cowboys still sleeping... Toni (and the guy she was training) both helped me carry two trays full of food up to our rooms on the third floor! I've never had such considerate service in a hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The lobby was inviting, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fresh. The room was clean and cozy, and the beds were great. Where they really got me was the bowl of Andes mints and fresh cookies at the door when I came back that evening from a hard day at the job site."

"Stayed here for a football camp June 24th. Room was clean, great water pressure, beds were very comfortable and of all of the hotels we've stayed in over the last two months (five, three of them Holiday Inns), this one had the best AC. Very important when it is 98* outside. Breakfast was good, they kept it stocked. Staff was nice and accommodating. We will stay here next time we're up."
