"I came to make hash and work in the Jay Area. Jay doesn't have alot of places to stay... The price was decent. No bugs. Rooms were clean but dated. Clean Pool and Kind Staff. I'd stay again!"

"Dirty and trash still in garbage can. Sheets looked dirty and had hair on them. Comforter had burn holes and it’s supposed to be non smoking. Crumbs around microwave. Simple slide bolt between rooms so didn’t feel safe and they still use keys to get in. Looked really worn out. Guy next to us was smoking and said oh didn’t know i was having company. Needless to say we gave the key back and left!!"

"I was not impressed at all with this establishment. I had a funeral to attend in Grove and chose this place to stop and sleep as it was getting late, and I was tired from driving. I am a travel agent and book many rooms for myself and others. I always check the reviews and pictures of the places I am looking to book. All I can say is the only true pictures are of the pool and one of the rooms beds. The ones showing clean towels with flowers and the lady putting sheets on the bed are stock photos. If it had not been so late and I hadn't had issues getting signed in already, I would have walked out. I was traveling alone and could not drive another minute. The room was dirty, there was hair in the bed the sheets were dirty, the bedspread had holes cut in it and cigarette burns, the bathtub had hair all in it, and the list goes on and on. I slept on top of the sheets at the foot of the bed and used my backpack for a pillow. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The photos will show what I'm talking about. The coffee pot had dirt all in the part you pour the water in. There were cup rings on the dresser, dirt in the drawers, splatters of something on the wall by the table, the room had a very musty cheap cologne and smoke smell, and there were cob webs in the corners of the walls. I did not feel safe as the lock was a small rusted device, and the door lock was a lil sketchy also. I'm not sure why the other people saw things differently."

"Only motel option in Jay, Oklahoma, as of 2022. •AirBnB is available in Jay, Oklahoma. ••Grove, Oklahoma, has more options AND are located within Delaware County. •••... camping is also an option not too far from this motel. ••••Management is fine. "Upper" might need to adjust itself to Jay's local & not their own. •••••Pool open during summertime."

"Our stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive and concerned about our stay being good. I even had a nice chat with the man from the bronx. I've never met anyone from the big apple. The bed was definitely comfortable and the area was close to where we needed to get to the lake. We will most definitely stay again."
