"Awesome service very friendly and it actually seemed like they wanted to help"

"I was needing to do a personal return and possibly my business return, along with visiting a friend, so I stopped by this place that was literally 4 houses away from my friend's house. I parked, then visited my friend. 10 minutes later, a lady from this place is calling a tow truck to come tow my truck as I am walking up. I came back a week later and was shocked at the prices and was given attitude when I kindly asked what made the price so high (by the same lady). A parking lot Karen is not the wisest pick to do your finances."

"Lousy service. Tax preparer had no customer service skills. While I was waiting, he told the front desk person he didn’t want to sift through my files I had brought in. Questioned my donations to the Salvation Army when they were clearly written out…only to tell me that they still were not applicable."

"I’ve always done my taxes here at this location for the last few years and I have had an amazing experience expect today February 14, 2023 Cristi Andrews was very rude during our time there. With her 20 year experience maybe she could learn to be nicer."

"I have done my taxes online for the last few years, this year I decided to take advantage of the refund advance by going in. They charged me $500 to do taxes that take me 15 min to do online and after I left the store I was informed that I was denied the advance. I will NEVER use HR block again.... online or brick and mortar. Never getting another dime from me."
