"I had a consultation, and Marc was rude in my opinion and condescending. I am a very small business owner just trying to make sure that I track things properly. I felt like due to me being in my 20s and not being a "big client" he seemed annoyed at the interaction. He didn't even offer services until near the end of the conversation.
