"Took my dress in on june 5th, was told to pick up on June 13th, I called on the 13th to let them know I was picking it up and was informed they broke my zipper and had to order another one, I wasnt called to be informed of this, I had to call them and find out. So the dress is now late by their fault and when I asked about a discount due to it being their fault the lady said "uh nooooo". Wont be back and I'll definitely being sharing this with more people."
"I had relatively high expectations for this business based on the prior reviews. Staff was helpful and friendly. The dry cleaning/pressing, was not impressive to say the least. My 8 shirts and 2 suit jackets were wrinkled, and a stain I pointed out initially was still present. For $51 bucks, I was disappointed with the output."
