"The tech was nice and polite but I feel like I was just taken for my money. There are spots on my couch that weren’t there before he started, that are very prominent now and the chair was never cleaned, just slightly applied moisturizer. The couch is several shades darker than the matching chair. I asked why the light scratches were still on the side of the chair and he said they couldn’t be removed, when they easily rub out with my hand, if I wanted to do that I wouldn’t have paid a company to do it for me!!! Now my beloved and expensive leather couch is now a disaster. I wish I wouldn’t have even gotten the service. I paid $300+ for a service I regret.."

"Brandon and Dominic were great. They explained what they were going to do and were very polite and rice professional. They took care of our furnishing and baseboard by placing guards around the corners of the base boards. Will use them again as long as the price doesn't go to high. Part 2 I noticed yesterday that our bedroom was hot, so I took a look at the vent and it was closed. I used a broom stick to open it but it wouldn't stay open. i got my ladder and went up and still would not stay open, took down the vent to see the issue and it was bent and getting stuck under the lip of the vent. I straightened it out. But what I saw really upset me, the vent had not been cleaned properly and there was mold around the base of the vent. Yet nothing was said to us and it wasn't cleaned. I thought disinfectant was supposed to be used? Now I'm worried about the rest of the vents!! I sent a message to them since they were closed and supposed to get back to me. This needs to be corrected and done right! I took out the Good Quality rating for obvious reasons. More to follow! Part 3 Matthew Barhill from Stanley Steamer called me 9/5/23 and we setup for him to come to our home today 9/6/23. He came here with a great attitude. He was here 4 hours and rechecked and cleaned all the vents and went up into the attic and cleaned the air handler and the coils (we were willing to pay) but he did it complimentary. He was easy to speak to and very interesting person. We spoke for quite a while as he worked. This man exudes what great workmanship means. He did all that with a smile and great attitude. I appreciate what he did to redeem Stanley Steamers reputation and the workmanship. I will use them again when its time. Stanley Steamer, you need to take care of this individual, he is an asset to your company! Thanks Matthew for all your hard work. That being said I now give them 5 stars!"
