"This is almost surreal...My first experience drycleaning in Norman and they managed to lose one of the two blazers. The one that is not lost was misplaced with another customer's laundry with a different name on it. While looking for the lost piece, I also discovered other items were incorrectly labeled and placed. If you have anything nice, please stay away from this place. And if you happen to find a Tabolt black blazer that was misplaced in your laundry, please return to the dry cleaner. Thank you."
