"Our appointment time was 3:45, they said he was running behind, which is perfectly fine. As time we on we started to worry if he was even going to show up. So we decided to call and they said he was “8 minutes away”. He didn’t show up until an hour later, which is way past 8 minutes. He checked out our problem and confirmed it was our dryer plug, but he didn’t even have the part on him to fix this issue? We scheduled to work on Friday, to be done that following Monday. So he knew 3 days in advance that he would possible need a new plug. So let’s skip to the next day (which is right now of this review). He said he would be here at 8am sharp and guess what? He’s not here and we are still waiting. We are getting a new washer and dryer delivered to our home at 10am this morning and we need that plug because the delivery drivers are not allowed to leave until they show us everything works. Norman air has put us in a big inconvenience and I will never use them or recommend this company to anyone!"
