"I took my I took my soiled heavy winter coat in and left it for the day. Picked it up at night, didn't pay any attention, went to put it on it and it was just as dirty as it was when I left it. Looks like they just steam pressed it and left everything else and didn't even bother to look at it. Too bad, they are on my way to town, but I will be going somewhere else."

"Would've given them 5 stars. They did a great job on my clothes but they threw away my good hangars! 5 of them! They didn't warn me or anything, just accepted the clothes I gave them and when I came back the very next day for pickup, they told me they threw them away. No warning, no apology, no nothing. This location is right by my house and I was going to start using them weekly for my work clothes, but now I'll find somewhere else. If I treated my clients in the same manner I was treated, I wouldn't have any clients."

"I've been going to Yale for about 4 years never had a problem. Until 1 day I asked the young guy there, to please make sure not to make the collars wide. Meaning they didn't close the top button and ironed it with the collar open. Which made an extra crease. All I got back was an attitude and kept repeating to me how he ironed it. Speaking over me, when I was trying to explain how I needed it done. As they have always done it. So yes I was disappointed. I rather drive 29 min to the next Yale."
