"Whomever answered the phone is super RUDE!! Didn’t even put a foot in the door when they were already giving me an attitude over the phone. Called to ask two questions and I get a lady giving me sass. I will never use this place. If you don’t know how to handle a business don’t run one if you were the owner and if it was just an employee, find yourself another job. You clearly don’t belong in customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Have a great day."

"Horrible quality work! My husband took several shirts and all of them came out over stiff and shiny. You could see the starch on the shirts. The arms were still wrinkled and the pockets had pressed in wrinkles. The cuffs had starch all around the edges. How did they not check the quality before giving them back to him?"

"I brought a suede coat in to have dry cleaned. Prior to arriving I looking online and saw they would outsource the cost and send it to someone else. I thought, “totally fine!” I’d rather them send it to someone else versus not get the coat clean. The lady at the front was SO unhelpful! She said she didn’t know when the outside suede cleaners would be picking up orders and that they only pick up every two weeks. Then couldn’t tell me an estimated time it would take. She just said “I’m not sure.” Then also proceeded to tell me she couldn’t be sure they would be able to get the stain off since it wasn’t through them. I can understand not being able to guarantee a stain removal, but the other parts were just poor customer service. It was sort of like ‘not my coat not my problem’ Homestly, the woman just came across super lazy and could have cared less."

"Fast service, competitive rates, and they know how to clean and press military uniforms. I left another large Tulsa area cleaners for Lamode and I'm glad I did."
