We have been regular customer here for past 3+ years and this is the first time we had to return a purchase ( adani brand soya wadi) as it was fully Spoiled (worms) Just for. $2.79 item he has showed true colors. He is asking for receipt and informed him I usually don't retain receipt after purchase but he knows us for past 3 years. For that he says please show us your transaction as if through bank transaction he can identify whether the purchase was for soya wadi. Instead of arguing with him, just told him not to worry. In future moving to store next to Lincoln. He doesn't r cognize his customers even for $2.79. Truly pathetic."
