"DJ from ASAP Heating and Air is the picture of customer service! He is courteous and respectful. He’s very mindful about doing a great job. He took time for things, such as when he was reconnecting my thermostat, he said, did you know you can put batteries in this as backup for power failures? I didn’t know. He took it off the wall and I had the AA batteries on hand so he put them in the thermostat and remounted it. Little things matter. When he disconnected my garden hose to connect his, when he finished, he put my hose back on better than I had it. I could quite get it tight enough, myself. Now it isn’t leaking. He told me about the Healthy Home Club and products I can get from ASAP. I will look into these later, after paying down some credit. I have the brochure on my cork board for safe keeping. When he came initially to look at a vent problem I was having, I told him about the excess dust coming in my house. He found residual dust from construction in the furnace components which he reported to Rausch Coleman and they sent him back the next day to clean it. I understand I have to arrange to have ducts cleaned myself. I will call ASAP back after I pay down some credit to do this. Thank you to DJ! He deserves your recognition for a job well done. He showed me before and after pictures of the dust he cleaned out and it is a great improvement. It looks squeaky clean. Thank you."
