"My brother picked up a tiller from Weatherford yesterday morning $125 daily rate. They loaded it and tied it down on the trailer. We planned to use my tractor to pull it. We were about to unload the tiller as we soon noticed it didnt have a PTO shaft. My brother called them. They said they thought it was on while they loaded it but it probably fell off going down the road. He took it back to them. They charged him an extra $150 for it missing the PTO shaft."
