"Edit: After playing detective and numerous phone calls later, we were able to get the dress. It wasn’t altered at all, but we made it work. GIVE US OUR DRESS!!!!! WE HAVE A WEDDING IN TWO DAYS!! PLEASE JUST OPEN UP AND GIVE US THE DRESS!!!!!!!!"

"No stars but have to give 1! Use at your own risk! Wish I read other comments before taking clothes there! Took a few shirts there to be cleaned and ironed. Was told they would be ready on Thursday, went on Friday and still not ready. Then was told to come back in an hour, came back an hour and half later still not all shirts ready. Finally picked them up, white shirt has a big yellow stain on the front from the salt they use. We shall see if he gets it out. 2 other shirts that were new, worn only once and son wanted them dry cleaned and ironed, both shirts have burn marks and another shirt has a button missing. I did not drop those shirts off like that. Ironing was terrible, I could have done the better job at home with less wrinkles and could have save my money! Shirts are completely ruined! Not happy customer at all. I will be bringing the shirts back to him to show what he had done. Use at your own risk!! Check your clothes before leaving! Plus the guy can hardly speak any English which made it very hard to understand him and was rude to me but not to my husband. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE!"

"Don't bring your clothes here right now! I'm sure that normally they are a great dry cleaning business, but all employees quit and the owner is hardly in the store. It is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone and they are losing people's clothing! The alterations lady is great, just hard to catch her. So if you have alterations then you should be fine, but don't get anything dry cleaned or take the risk of it beings lost!"

"I'm very disappointed! I paid to have 3 shirts professionally pressed and I could have done a better job with my house iron. They are still very wrinkled. I had then sew a belt loop on a pair of blue Jean's and they used white thread. I had to make them test it out and redo it."

"They lost my husband expensive dress pants an its been almost 3 months now they said they had a staff problem an to give them a week and nothing has been done ive called with no luck.. Would love to just get my money for the pants an wash my hands of this ... Very frustrated my husband has needed these pants for many events but still no money or pants. Very disappointed"
