"Eddy Hensley canceled appointments last minute 3 times and abandoned the plumbing repairs. He told me over and over he would take care of things, that he had my back, and he "got me covered". In the end, the Anode Rod sits in the attic next to the Hot Water Heater, uninstalled. The old water line to the refrigerator was left in the floor and not removed/closed off as requested. The water pressure valve at the street is stripped. Paying someone to do a job and them not completing it is deeply disappointing, especially after bragging on having been in the industry for 12 years and fully capable to do the work, and then not. Angry would only be one of many words about how this has left me feeling. Please don't use contractors like this. You will pay for a job and it still be left to be done. This is not professional or right to treat people like this. Update 12 hours later: Thank YOU Billie for calling this morning to look into this issue and for your professionalism to resolve it on all levels. I'm grateful for you. Update 36 hours later: Billie and 2 of his crew came out to address the unresolved and incompleted items by Eddy. They were very kind, apologetic, and thorough to resolve my issues. He would not let me pay as he said I already paid more than I should have. I'm changing my rating from a 1 ☆ to 5 ☆s. I'm grateful for the integrity and honesty and kindness he showed me in spite an employee mishandling things. My original review will stay because I don't post to just get results but to be honest about my experience."
