"Played loud music while working on the house next door and blocked the driveway to our lease house all day. Stated he could set up his materials wherever he needed and that the street was public. Told me I could call the cops if I didn't like it and that he wasn't breaking any laws. Had to have him move his materials three times and on the fourth time, the occupant of the lease house was quite upset and words were exchanged. Despite what was said, I had asked twice prior for his materials to be moved and it is against the law to block a commercial or private drive. The owner was uncooperative, unprofessional, and flat out rude when I tried to discuss the matter with him after the altercation with the tenant."

"Gonzo replaced the old gutters on my house which was an insurance job on a house I purchased. When he was finished I noticed he had put two of the downspouts on the second story in the wrong place and in so doing he left holes in the siding where the downspouts were originally and I had holes in the siding where he installed the new downspouts at. When I was showing my contractor what he had done (Gonzo was subcontracted) my contractor called Gonzo to tell him what he had done. Gonzo out and out lied stating that was the way they were originally. Luckily I had pictures of how they were originally so Gonzo had to come back and spend a little over half a day reinstalling not only the gutter, the downspouts, but also new siding so I wouldn’t have holes everywhere. Had I not had pictures I know I would have had to eat this. Gonzo did do a beautiful job from what I can tell. I then asked him for a quote to install gutter covers. Although it took him a while to get me a quote, I finally got one and it was reasonable. However, I did not like the covers he had selected, so I did some research and found some I liked and told him what they were and asked for a quote to install the type I had found on the website he gave me. I could never get a quote out of him and called and texted him several times. This was an ongoing problem with Gonzo not returning calls or responding to texts. He kept telling me he had to find a supplier for that type. They were gutter covers from the same company he had given me a quote on the covers he had selected which was EZgutters.com. This process started in the winter and by April I still do not have any covers. I called him to get the linear feet I needed because I found some on Amazon with a #3 rating and want to just order them. He never got back to me. I also called my contractor, Doug Marchand and asked him for the linear feet and he won’t get it for me either. Of course Doug got paid the entire $46,400 at closing even before any work was done so needless to say he is not going to go out of his way to look at the insurance papers..Because this is a house I purchased, the roof, gutters and garage doors (partially) were an insurance job, it was the seller’s insurance, so I did not have any of the paperwork or access to the insurance adjuster. In my opinion you would be better off using a different company. At the very least you may have less aggravation."

"They did the gutters for the house next door, despite requesting them to turn down the music they had blaring so I could work (work from home due to Covid) They kept the volume up so loud that people on the call INSIDE my house commented on the background noise."
