"Nothing in this store has the right price on it. You just have to guess how much it is until you get to the register and find out. I was told today that the price that was listed wasn't the correct price and they had to charge me the price that's in the computer. Other than that MAJOR problem, the place is clean and well lit. Customer service is very lacking."

"Love the convenience of having a local Ace Hardware, especially here in our little town. I can honestly say, I have not been back to a Lowe's or Home Depot since the day this Ace opened here in Burkburnett. I don't need them. If it's not here locally, the employees can usually get it here in a day or two by special order. Speaking of employees, these folks are some of the best. The second I walk in the door I hear, "Welcome and can we help find anything?" Even better, they know exactly where the item is every time I do answer. Love this place!
