"Home all day waiting for a package. The driver did not ring the door bell. I had it rerouted to a FedEx drop off. The driver tried to deliver before they were open. The next day the drop off point had a power failure. I had to drive to their main facility and get it pulled off the truck."

"My packages were 4 days late so I went to pick up my packages in person. They told me that I couldn't get my packages , that they were in a trailer surrounded by thousands of packages. So it was a waisted trip. Was on the phone with them time after time. It would show on my phone my packages were on a truck to be delivered. Then it showed out for delivery. The at 5 p.m. when my packages never came I looked on my phone and the out for delivery message was gone and it showed .....on a fedex vehicle ready for delivery the next day. And it did this 3 or 4 times. Then they said they were short staffed and most of tulsa's packages were running late."

"I'm not really sure that this review will get me anywhere but I'm going to leave one anyway just because. After speaking to seven different FedEx customer service reps within a span of 20 hours my opinion of FedEx and the treatment they give to their customers has dropped significantly. No one wants to take responsibility for a simple mistake that FedEx has made. I do believe that everyone is allowed to make mistakes, but I also think that a company should take ownership of the mistakes being made. We were told we had to be at home to sign for a package yesterday December 10th at any time during business hours. My husband stayed home all day to sign for said package and the package never arrived. This morning we were told that the package would be here between 10:00 and 2:00. The package still didn't arrive so we called back. After being hung up on several times even though we were not yelling or cursing at the customer service reps I'm not at all confident that I'll get the package. Now I've been told to stay at home even longer and that the package will sometime arrive between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. today. Will this package arrive in that window? There is no telling, but I guess we will cancel our plans for the evening and sit around and wait."
