Whataburger

"This is the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and the employees are down right lazy. They spilt every single drink I saw them pour over the side of the cups and had to wipe them all down. If they spent more time working like they are paid to do instead of laughing and joking around maybe people wouldn’t have spent over half an hour waiting on food. Absolutely unacceptable."

"ADD & EDIT: is this location Under New Management or something? Absolutely horrible for months now! I know it's hard to find good help but GEEZ can you at least be acknowledge us when you are there???? I literally just sat in line for 30 minutes and at the intercom for about 12 and no one even said anything to me AND there's only one car in front of me and maybe three cars dining in! I know you couldn't possibly care less but I'M SO DONE! How are McDonald's and Burger King Staff friendlier than you guys now that's saying something Staff is generally friendly enough most of the time which I do appreciate, but orders are more than often wrong. Realistically I will still be a customer, I just know to check my order every time before I leave. (Pic: definitely not plain and dry with mayo on the side)"

"Went to the drive though, have currently been waiting 43 minutes, still have not gotten to the window. This would be acceptable if there were huge orders, or a lot of cars. I however have been here, now 44 minutes, with only three cars in front of me. None have gotten handed huge orders, one or two items at most. And this whatabuger is averaging 15 minutes a car. That is incredibly inefficient. I could have went down the street, ordered a steak at Texas Roadhouse, had a beer, and paid, drove back, and still not been delivered my food in a drive through. I was finally able to pay at 48 minutes."

"Food was good. But I ordered for curbside, arrived at the appointed time and waited 20 minutes before going inside to inquire about my order. The manager claimed that they didn't get my check in at the curb because their Internet had been down for a week, but they did have the order, so obviously she was lying because if they had no Internet they would not have had the order at all. Don't lie to me, just apologize"

"Customer Service - while it seems to be more of the norm these days, the attitude on the microphone was subpar at best and almost aggravated sounding. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Got to the window, wasn’t a word other than my total and here you go. Not thank you or have a nice day. Again it’s becoming the normal everywhere these days but still not up to par. And then after leaving I noticed they didn’t give me the normal jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Instead just a normal biscuit with jalapeños added. I feel they should have said, “Sorry sir, but we are out of those biscuits but we can modify it for you so it tastes almost the same.” But no, instead they chose to just serve me anyway. To me this is fraud. They knowingly chose to be unethical and take my money. Just kind of set wrong with me."
