"I booked a load with a broker. We completed our obligations and delivered the load. It was a load for $800. We sent the POD in later than what their load agreement states, but it was over the holiday. They deducted $130 for later fee. This is insane and I warn you that if you do business with this company, they will do anything and everything to not pay you what the agreed rate was."
