"The worst delivery experience ever. Forward Air was the delivery company Lowe’s hired as a third party delivery. The drivers were delivering my brand new refrigerator and washer and dryer. The driver was rude and the first thing he asked was if he can take his mask off. He was condescending to the other technician that came with him. They were delivering refrigerator through my front door and damaged the door. Also they put a dent in the refrigerator, left the refrigerator wrapped and me and my 9 year old daughter had to unwrap it and install the filter. I have been dealing with their claims department for over a month now and they are refusing to communicate with me and ignoring my emails. Unprofessional, rude and the worst customer service. They should not be in business. I will be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau."
"Our Company has an extra Trailer at this facility so we can drop and hook. I arrived to find our Trailer has been here a week and still loaded. So now l have been here for hours and still not being unloaded. With electronic logs. My check just took a hit. I will refuse this load in the future!!"
"Don't know about their freight pick up; however, their 18 wheel truck drivers are reckless. One attempted to run me in to a concrete barrier for attempting to merge through a construction zone in Tulsa. The left lane merge was 1/2 mile away, but he felt it necessary to place my life and the lives of those behind me in danger so I could not pass him."
