"I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give you a negative I had a $1000 replacement phone left tied at my address sign that is 300 ft from my house. It's a good thing I have honest neighbors and we live in a rural area or I would have to paid for the phone again"

"First they lost my package for days so I opened a claim with UPS and the sender. Then they suddenly find my package after the sender contacts them and my claim is approved. My package was supposedly out for delivery, then they decided that my address does not exist. I literally saw the driver sitting on the side of the road by my house when the “correct my address” text came through. When I called to find out what the heck was going on the person answers the phone with an annoyed sigh like they are really inconvenienced by my calling. That was the set off for me. Very unprofessional!"

"I will echo Shmoe's review. Amazon order, 4 out of 5 packages went USPS with no issue. The 5th package went UPS and was labeled an "incorrect address" which it is not. After sitting for over a week I was able to get a hold request to pick it up. I arrived during their 3:30-6:30pm counter hours. The door was locked, there is no doorbell, and nobody answered repeated tapping. Went around back and was able to get someone to help. The person I spoke to on the phone was surfing the web. But I finally got the last package."

"Unfortunately amazon prime uses ups here. Or I wouldn't ever recommend them. Had 3 separate orders saying they had the wrong address. I got a notification saying one of my packages was delivered. I called and it's still at the facility ( a week later after the expected delivery date ). So the boss came in his personal truck to drop it off. The other times, one of the ladys treat you like it's your fault it didnt show up. All the bad reviews are true after reading them."
