"I want to say that the waitress, Echo, was very nice. I think I may have spoken too fast or too softly or something, but my order was wrong when she brought it out. I’m a little upset because what I was trying to order was around $11 and what was given to me was around $17; and I really hadn’t wanted to spend that much on dinner as small as the difference seems. I will say the other waiter who brought me my food did ask if I needed anything, so I could have corrected this but didn’t. I really just didn’t want to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Now onto the food itself. What I got was not very good. It was rather bland and I had no idea what the ingredients were (it was some type of burger) and I feel like it was a waste of $17. Which again, was definitely my fault for not saying anything. I’m more disappointed in myself than anything, maybe a little upset I was misheard in the first place. But the 4 stars is because what I got was absolutely not worth $17, and overall eating was just not an enjoyable experience."

"This Chili's single handily brought me back! The staff is spot on perfect. The manager, ties everything up in a nice bow. They are very attentive and accurate. The food is very good and consistent. You want to go a place that won't leave you disappointed.........need I say more."

"The food tasted pretty good although overal experience was lackluster. The steak and salmon both had great flavor and the veggies were good although the broccoli was cold. I would eat at Chilis again in a pinch but like the other reviewers say there’s just not enough servers and help. The environment is sad. I watched a whole group of people leave because they hadn’t been served. Felt bad for our server who had no help at all. There are two people greeting at the entrance yet maybe 1 cook and a few servers - the host /hostesses could probably help out somewhere else like checking on tables or cleaning the bathrooms which were very dirty. If you are going to a Chilis, I could recommend the guiltless grill options."
