"Absolutely beautiful hike, hot springs and waterfalls. The 8 mile hike wasn’t the easiest in snow, but it was totally worth it. We got there to hike right after sunrise and had the hot springs all to ourselves for quite a while. The parking lot was empty when we left and full when we got back. So glad to have done this."
"The place is nice, sometimes it gets crowded. It takes a while to get to the hotsprings, but you enjoy the walk with nice views. The sad thing is that people don't pick up their trash."
"In the winter trail is still easy, but slippery. Recommend crampons but it is still possible without them. Takes about 30 to 40 minutes to hike, mostly flat. It is a popular site so it can get crowded and parking can be a bit tough. There is algae/slime in pools so be careful. Water is a good temperature and is a beautiful blue. There are areas of sulfur that you can unfortunately smell very strongly."
"The trail is well marked and relatively easy. There are one or two spots where the trail has washed out, so it can be a bit tricky, but it really isn’t too bad at all. The springs are awesome and extremely hot, but they join up with the river so there is a nice combination of hot and cold water to play in. The trail is about 2.25 miles one way and isn’t particularly steep. Make sure to come early as it does get crowded quickly. Such a great place to visit!"
"Hiked on July 3rd around 12 pm and the parking lot was almost full, I took the last spot. A popular hike, but if you go at the right time it’s not too busy. Lots of trees so most of the trail is pretty shaded. The trail to the hot springs follows a river. There are warmer pools of water but the waterfall itself is cool water which feels great after the hike to the springs. The drive to the location is beautiful."
