Best Western Mountain View Inn

"For this stay, I booked the reservation thru best western Mobil app. I reserved a King suite with a jacuzzi tub for three nights. When I arrived at the hotel to Check in, I was informed by the desk receptionist that I was in a room with a king bed and a jetted tub. I informed the receptionist about the reservation confirmation with the description of the room clearly stating a king suite/jacuzzi tub. I was told that I reserved the wrong room and was assigned the standard room with a king bed and jetted tub. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told that he would be in the next day between the hours of 11am and 4pm. I cam back the next day at 115 in the afternoon to speak with the manager and was told the manager had already left for the day. I was never contacted by the management during this stay. The issue was not resolved and I was placed in the lower room at the same rate as the king suite room. I argued about the price differences and the receptionist finally lowered the prices to reflect the correct pricing indicated for the two different rooms."

"Nestled into the mountains around Provo with exceptional views. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, bathroom needs some updates. Beds were really comfortable. Lots of room for the dog to run around. Breakfast had lots of options and was eco-friendly."

"We stayed here one night and had a great experience. The people working the front desk were kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and felt recently updated with new furniture and floors. The bathroom was exceptionally nice! Breakfast was served by the lobby and was a great way to start our day. This hotel is pet friendly with grass easily accessible."

"Can’t rave enough about this hotel. Hotel staff very helpful on the phone. When we arrived asked several times to help with luggage. Wow, customer service!! Rooms are huge, clean. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly! Absolutely a wonderful experience. Oops Small fridge , Kruig coffee machine. Lots of parking. Yes saw Large Semis too. * Yes it across from a Flying J gas station. But did not bother my family. Dennys is also across the street."
