"What happened to EZ Pool and Spa? James serviced our pool & spa last week, then this week(8/3/2023)a TOTALLY different company showed up and said they were taking over EZ Pools customers. What the heck? The rep for this company couldn’t give me any information about what happened to EZ pool. Nor could I get a definitive estimate of the cost to service our pool. Just a lot of conflicting info. I’ve sent messages to James. No response and the number on their website is disconnected. I’m going to cancel my monthly auto payments ASAP. Does anyone out there have any information about EZ Pools and Spas?"

"Did not check the PH and spent maybe 15 minutes cleaning the pool. We had the water tested today and had to buy product to fix it. We do not feel we are getting the service we were sold."

My own pool company I had been using for 2 years could not make the time to adjust scheduling to get me running after opening a leaking pool and not being able to detect the leak.
