He was able to diagnose my issue very quickly and put my mind at ease for the weekend with a cover not closing. "Our cover was never aligned correctly from the day it was installed in fall of 2021, we had technicians come out several times to make adjustments in the spring of 2022 but never corrected the problem. They finally came out a last time in 2023 and discovered one of the bolts had not been put in. He installed the bolt, which took about 15 minutes. When I received an invoice for the work, I called the company and was greeted by very friendly and kind receptionists. We discussed the invoice which I believed should be covered under warranty. I spoke with the account specialist, Kelsey who spoke with her manager and decided to waive the fees. The quality of the cover is great and very durable and now that it is aligned, closes tight."

"Although it took us a little while to get the right attention, Adam with Mizu is awesome. He went above and beyond to fix the problems we were having with our cover. Our cover is like new! So appreciative for his diligence and commitment to get it right."

"We had a pool built last year and due to the size of the pool, our contractor used Mizu as he heard they were great for larger covers. Within 30 days of installing the cover, the motor burnt out and wouldn’t open. They got someone right out and opened it manually and inspected the motor. They told our contractor that it wouldn’t be covered as the motor got wet. Umm…it is Utah, and near a pool! They had the motor sitting at the bottom of the cover compartment where water is obviously going to run in. After going back and forth, they agreed to cover it and got it replaced. They said it needed to be weather proofed more. Fast forward to this year. Our pool guy came and unwinterized it and when he came back the next week, it wouldn’t open. It was the motor again! When lifting the compartment to look at it, we discovered that apparently making it more water proof consisted of sitting it on a brick and putting duct tape on the ends. We have now been several weeks with no cover and zero communication! Myself and my contractor have reached out numerous times and have gotten no solution and no return calls. It was by no means a cheap cover and apparently this company doesn’t care about their customers."

"Eight years ago I had a pool cover manufactured and installed by Pool Cover Specialists. It fit and worked perfectly. Finally it started to show signs of needing to be replaced. So, I found out that Pool Cover Specialists had gone out of business and somehow merged with your company. Over a year ago I had your company make a new cover for my pool and have had nothing but problems with it. You have sent your techs out to solve the problem and they fixed everything except for what the real problem is. The cover was made too wide. It is too loose and has way too many folds in it. It always opens and closes crookedly. My original cover fit like a glove. So, now we have the start of new pool season and I am worried that this incorrectly made cover will wear and damage the other components of the system. One unhappy and frustrated customer. I am now amending this review. I am pleased to announce that Intermountain Pool Covers did contact me, apologized for taking so long to correct this problem and installed a brand new pool cover measured to the right size at no cost to me. I am please to give them a 5 star rating. They have displayed a great deal of integrity in their business practices."
