"2 years ago I went to replace my Latham pool cover that my husband originally installed and was great for 10 years. Lantham would not sell me another but said I must use this Suntime pool that’s 1 1/2 hours from me. So I did, they installed a standard cover that was to wide for my pool and said that we had it on wrong and now I have complained for 2 years on its operation. The cover keeps popping out of the rail due to too much material. I ask them why the wheels would not touch on one side and they said that their not even needed. Do not have them install your pool cover I am so sad. This was a big deal to me. Suntime responded to me saying to let my husband fix it that they don’t come to the hills anymore. My cover is tearing where it is folded so much"

"We have had terrible luck with our Coverstar cover. The ropes last for 2 years max and cost over $400 to have replaced. Have yet to have a motor last over 5 years. By far the biggest expense and headache of our swimming pool. Constantly wishing we did not choose to install a Coverstar in ground automated pool cover."
