"Watch out for the lies from this company. We could have gotten our building for a lot cheaper but we were waiting around on SBCC to do their job under the false pretenses that they could get half of our loan financed for 1%. The lies keep building from there. We had to put down 15% and that went toward the SBA portion of the loan not the bank. So now that 1% loan is only 35% of the value. We were also told thst is we needed more money, it was not an issue but then the 504 program magiacally ran out of money and we had to get it through the bank and pay more closing costs. Then we find the bank fronts all the money and the SBA finances after the building is complete, so we get to pay bank rates on the loan for 2 years. Then we find out that the SBA rate is set when they pay out the funds and suddenly our SBA loan that was supposed to be 1% is now over 5%. We waited through months of delays for this loan and all that time the prices of everything went through the roof and in the end it wasn't even close to worth it. They sell it all like a bunch of used car salesmen under a mountain of paperwork that no one can begin to understand. Half the forms they use look like they were made in MS Word. We had numerous conversations about this loan being 1% right up until it was funded and nothing was said about changing rates. We are having our attorney look into this. We were over sold and way under delivered. It's like a giant pump and dump scheme. $20 says this place was founded by Jordan Belfort, IE the Wolf of Wallstreet."
