"THIS INSURANCE COMPANY DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR BUT I HAVE TO WRITE A REVIEW UGH….THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY PROBABLY IN THE US MY CAR WAS WRECKED THE FIRST SUNDAY OF DEC 2023 & IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO COME & INSPECT IT,THEY NEVER CALL U BCK THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS THEY ARE THE WORST THE DONT FOLLOW UP WITH WHO…PLEASE NEVER CHOSE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WIRST IN THE WORLD CASUALTIES UNDERWRITERS ARE THE CRAPPIEST INSURANCE WITH THE WORST EMPLOYEES WHO DINT CARE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY NEVER EVER CHOSE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!"

"I just found out that I been pay ing full coverage for a car that is rebuilt and restore title. Apparently that was a waste of money and my resources. Thanks for wasting my time and talking advantage of a family who is now homeless and y'all got that."

"So I totalled my car and I let cuic know. The adjuster I've been working with is rude, ignorant and has no skills to work with the public. I asked her for a total loss letter. She said I will receive it shortly. That was yesterday. Today I still have not received it and she won't answer or return my calls. The company itself is affordable. But I will never deal with this adjuster again."

"Some of the agents know how to do their job, and some don't. When they say they will set a reminder to call you back, they don't. They don't send a heads up as to when payments are due. When they give you a quote, you may want to inquire on your own. I found cheaper insurance than what they quoted me. This business used to be on their game, but not so recently."
