"Not do they only give me great service - but when I call in, even though it may be 6 to 9 months since a previous call - they practically recognize my voice and my file is in front of them before I can even give them the rest of my intro. Always friendly like talking at the mailbox with a favorite neighbor but not a second of wasted time - just help on what ever I called in for. When I go to boat and RV shows insurance companies beg to give them a chance to win over my insurance needs (that's what I get for taking a Baby Ruth out of their candy jar) - I try to be polite but know darn well they will never match what I feel when doing business with Franz & Associates."
