"Bill (Im guessing Penton) was my parents agent for years. My mother is a widow and simply left things as is from my father's prior arrangement with Penton Insurance. Turn's out he was over charging my mother for more than $600.00/year. I went direct to Progressive and got a quote that was 38% cheaper without him. When I brought it to his attention he said, "I don't make the quotes." I believe him. Nor does he review them or question them. Thanks for nothing Bill!!!"
