"Have been going to I nails for about a year twice monthly. I have recently noticed the service going downhill. I came in yesterday for a fill and to fix a broken nail. I asked her to clean my cuticles for a bit and she did. All was well. She put the white tip design on I had asked for and I noticed after I left that there was lots of air bubbles and a few were shaped odd making them appear crooked. I came in this morning wanting them fix since I was charged a whopping $75 for a fill, cuticle trim, and a broken nail. She buffed them and redid top coat expecting that would appease me. When it didn’t she stood up throwing a fix saying that she wouldn’t fix them and they looked fine. I asked for a refund and she continued to be hateful stating that I signed when I paid yesterday and wouldn’t be getting any service or my money back. Will be disputing this. Absolutely terrible work and very unprofessional!! Went straight to another salon had them all taken off and I am so satisfied. Steer clear of this place if you want quality here’s the before and after. Night and day."

"Went in today to get my nails done for my wedding that is scheduled for the day after tomorrow. My nail tech did an AMAZING job. Despite the 30 minute wait I had from walking in I will still give 5 stars. I got there right as they opened and not all of the employees were there yet so I was directed to have a seat on one of the massaging Pedi chairs and books of gel color options were brought to me. The staff was extremely courteous, polite, professional, and caring. My nail tech offered me a complementary drink before he started on my feet, discussed with me what I wanted done, and continuously checked one for my approval and to make sure I didn't need anything. I wasn't pressed for conversation so this tired stay at home mom could relax and enjoy being pampered before her big day. Will be returning, likely with my daughters for mommy and me dates. Very, very satisfied and even more excited for my wedding with how awesome my natural nails look."

"They did a great job on our nails! They are nice, fast and amazing at what they do. I got the cats eye nail color and it's beautiful. We both got cute spring flower accents. Super cute!"

"New management was awesome. I didn't think I'd ever return to this salon after previous management. However, today my daughter and I gave it another chance. I was greeted as we walked in the door, then asked what we had in mind. They were helpful with color picks after showing them the designs we wanted. I was put in a massage chair with my feet soaking while waiting on my nail tech, rather than up front. The pedicure was ahhhmazing and long.They were informative as to the price for what we both wanted upfront. They were all were professional and very polite. The designs were spot on to the pics we requested. Lastly, the wine was very good too! Definitely try them out again Sandites if you had a bad experience under previous management. They also said they are going under a remodel soon too."
