"I should've looked at the reviews before I sat in the chair. That was my fault. I was seated immediately for a pedi, which was honestly the high point of this visit. The nail tech did not wear gloves until she had to put on the lotion. That was red flag #1. RF #2- She hyperfixated on trimming my cuticles; she sent 30 minutes at minimum doing this part and only about 10 for the rest. RF#3- she spent so much time and effort digging- and I mean DIGGING- at the skin between the nail and the skin on the inner portion of both my big toes that she made both of them bleed- and then she KEPT DIGGING EVEN MORE. It's been 4 days since my visit and my right big toe is now infected because of this visit. Avoid this place at all costs."

"I just got a full set and pedicure Friday and thought it was okay. My feet were very rough so I figured the rough parts left behind would be fixed with lotion. It wasn’t. It’s been 2 days and the roughness is worse than when I went in. Like they got some of it but left the rest. My nails look like they’re a week grown out also. I’ve had pedicures from here before and loved them. Not sure why it was so bad this time. The pic is two days after."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went two weeks ago, I PAID for callus removal, and the tech got the knife remover thing WITHOUT CLEANING IT after someone had just used it on another customer sitting right next to me. He cut both my heels so bad to the point I couldn’t walk on them. It’s been two weeks and my feet still aren’t healed and they still hurt. I asked for my money back and they acted like it was a problem but did refund me. I feel like this form of pain deserved more than just my money back!!! Rude staff. I waited for TWO hours before someone came and gave me my pedi. I had stood up to get my stuff to leave and they forced me to stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"The guy was very aggressive and my cuticles we're bleeding. Me and my friend went there for her birthday and didn't get a good experience. The person that did our nails was aggressive with our hands. Our cuticles we're bleeding and he didn't do anything about it. Our nails designs don't look similar to what we wanted."
